Amanda...HORSES!!!

Amanda has been asking to take more horseback riding lessons forever. A couple summers ago, she took everyweek for 12 weeks and LOVED it! Although, that place was for younger kids. Grandma Lind found a place way out in Boring/Sandy, and today she had her second lesson. These are photos from the first lesson because I forgot my camera today. And, of course, today the rode in the ouside arena. Oh well, next time!

Anyways, she is saving money so she can continue this love of hers...which of course is not cheap! She has so much fun! She is a blast to watch.

Rob Turned 40!!!

Okay...we tried to surprise him...but he surprised us! He showed up early to his own party! He was so happy to see all of you and felt so blessed!

I knew I was married to a marvelous man...

but had no idea he was MR. INCREDIBLE!

Rob got some really unique gifts...if you were not there for gift time...you may need to ask him about his new "car", potty night light, undies, & t'shirts. WHO IS HE???

We are not sure!

We just started the adoption process...we are in the midst of loads of paperwork! We are thinking it will be a boy between the ages of 9 - 12 yrs old? Of course, we will have to wait and see if we are approved and what child is available.

We don't know what he will look like...but we are EXCITED!

After a really hard day turning 40!

Having a birthday at Disneyland is lots of fun...but, turning 40 at Disneyland is awesome!

Not only do they give you a badge to wear all day long, special things happen to you at the park! Rob got a package of fresh tortillas, people singing to him all day long, cast members acknowledging him during the parades, free food, etc!

Now everyone wants to go to Disneyland for their birthdays!

The best site to begin with was we walked out of the airport in LA and mom and dad...a.k.a. grandma & grandpa were actually there and waiting for us! We were amazed!

A Special Day!

Some dear friends of ours from Spokane, started their spring break with us as we finished ours! Randy, Jennifer, Rebecca & Sarah Sumner moved to Spokane, WA, several years ago, and we desperately miss them. We enjoy days like these when before we know it the entire day has passed...only problem...too few and too far between!

Randy's folks came along too, Ron & Marge Sumner, who live in Portland. What a great day, catching up on everyone, laughing and telling stories! Hurry back again for another visit! Love you guys!

We Did It!

We finally finished the horse puzzle we started on Amanda's birthday. The hardest puzzle yet! Only 500 pieces...but really hard!
