Raspberries...a tangled mess!
For years my father has been helping me with my raspberries. I am sure this is the reason they are always so good and plentiful. Well, today I decided I had better tackle them alone. Thus, my before and after photos. I will have to wait to see what he thinks, but I think I did a mighty fine job myself! Wow, thanks dad for helping all these years...this is a huge job!
Ricky's "Gotcha Day"!
We always celebrate the day Ricky came to live with us by enjoying a dinner of his choice, cake and presents. This year he wanted to eat at home and have his favorite casserole. Nicole was even able to come home on her "lunch" break from work and enjoy the meal with us. 3 years...Sept 9, 2011. We love you Ricky!
Camping 4 - Umpqua Lighthouse State Park
North of Coos Bay, on the Oregon Coast, 4 more days of beautiful weather. The Umpqua Lighthouse is one Nicole has wanted to see for years, for it is the only one on the North coast that has a red light. Lots more hiking and exploring, as well as sea shells and rocks. Probably our most favorite find was the Sunset Bay area in Coos Bay. We saw seals and sea lions, Cape Arago, and the beautiful Shore Acres Estate with its beautiful gardens right on the ocean. A must see for everyone. Fun, fun times!
Camping 3 - Beverly Beach
A beautiful 4 days at Beverly Beach State Park in August! Beautiful Oregon coast. Lots of biking, hiking, and exploring.
Camping - Week 2!
Crater Lake, Diamand Lake, Bend, Sisters, Operation Santa Claus, Smores, Car Show, Putt Putt Golf, Hiking, swans and more...Harding style!
Cannon Beach Camping
Our first camping trip this summer we enjoyed a week at Cannon Beach RV Resort. It was a cool damp week, but despite the weather we had a lot of fun. Tons of bike riding...and to Haystack Rock at low tide on our bikes! Coffee, swimming, Tillamook Cheese Factory tour, biking and more Human Bean coffee rounded out this week of fun.
