Rob's grandpa Jack Harding turned 90!

Labor Day weekend found us in Sacramento, California, spending time with Rob's family. Grandpa Jack turned 90 and we all helped him celebrate! Rob's Aunt Pat & Uncle John hosted a huge party for family and friends on Sunday, Sept. 2nd. Many photos were taken, much food was eaten, many stories were told and many good times were had.

First Day of School 2007-2008

Nicole is a Sophmore!

Amanda is in 7th grade!

After school...everyone was pretty much stressed. Nicole had no lunch with friends, hardly any friends in her classes, didn't share a locker with Nancy, etc. Amanda didn't have any friends in her main classes, has PE everyday, and didn't like her Spanish teacher. So, mom loaded everyone up in the car and we headed out to Subway, grabbed some sandwiches and went to the Imagination Station! Yes, my kids were the largest kids there...but we did have a good time and a fresh attitude once we got back home!

She starts school on Monday the 10th.

Stairs & Trim are Done!

Rob finished Nicole's stairs to her room this week. They look great!
He carpeted them and everything. Both cats have been up there, but
I love the bottom right photo of Ollie...he looks bothered by the entire
thing. Tarzan, Nicole's cat, isn't quite sure about this new arrangement.
He still prefers to sleep in Nicole's old room...he thinks the vacant Queen
size bed is just for him to enjoy! We still have some painting and touch
up to do...but for the most part we are done! YEAH!

The Oregon State Fair!

Nicole and Amanda spent Monday at the Oregon State Fair with their grandparents. They made a very long day out of it. They started out at 9 in the morning and didn't get home until after 11pm! They had a great time...here is just a few photos from their time together.

Here is Papa and Amanda dancing at the Disney Radio Concert at the state fair on Monday. This is priceless!
